The First Team travelled to Woodley and were asked to bat on a wet track. Opener Jones hit 50 not out as Dove were dismissed for 108. In reply Woodley reached the target for the loss of 2 wickets.
The Second Team won the toss and asked visitors Woodley to bat knowing that 4 wickets would secure the title. After a wicket first ball Dove soon secured the required points as Woodley were all out for 135 Kev Waterhouse 3-46 and Mark Turner 4-10. In reply celebrations started early as Dove were dismissed for just 85. The 5 points mean Dove will finish top of Division 4 to complete an impressive League & Cup Double.
