Dove picked up a few early wickets but the visitors batted the full 40 overs finishing on 138/8. Joe Gregory pick of the bowlers 3-13.

In a tense reply Dove knew if they batted the 40 overs they would win the game but despite an excellent 41 from Rob Hawkes and 26 from Paul Scowen Dove lost regular wickets. With 7 wickets down sensible knocks from Jonty Norton (18 not out) and Wayne Collins (12 not out) saw Dove home with 22 balls spare.

In a thrilling reply Dove opener Keegan Ridgeway hit an excellent 37 and Mark Vernon 32 not out as Dove reached the target in the last over with 9 wickets down.
