Ahead of our reopening on Saturday we would like to inform you of the steps that we will be taking to ensure DHCC is a Covid-19 safe venue.
We would advise that you familiarise yourself with our procedures and measures to avoid any confusion ahead of your visit!
DHCC COVID-19 SECURE GUIDELINES
Please DO NOT attend Dove Holes CC bar if you are presenting with any of the government outlined symptoms for COVID-19 self isolation. This includes a high temperature, continuous cough or loss of sense of taste and smell.
Please make use of hand sanitizer before you enter the building, before entering our bathroom facilities and between drinks.
Please remain socially distanced from people outside of your support bubble. Maintain a distance of 2m or 1m plus where detailed.
Take notice of floor markings for furniture and social distancing.
Please provide your name and contact details to support NHS track and trace if required, see IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION below.
Please remain seated and make use of our table service ordering system, see BAR ORDERING SYSTEM below.
Toilet usage is restricted to one in one out.
Please wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with hand sanitizer provided.

In line with government guidance we are required to keep a record of customers and visitors for a period of 21 days in order to support the NHS with any track and trace requests. We kindly ask that you provide your name and a contact number or email address to support this.
All personal information is stored securely and will be deleted after 21 days. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Fill in your name and your email or phone number.

BAR ORDERING SYSTEM
Please can we ask that you remain seated at your table in line with social distancing guidelines.
Your orders will be brought to you or left at the designated collection point based upon how busy we are.
We ask that you pay via contactless card transactions where possible. Cash is accepted.
Price lists are available at the bar.

Pay for the order with a member of staff when you collect.
